NIRSANA INTERNATIONAL ADVENTURES LLC

This Booking Waiver & Release (“Waiver”) applies to all customers who purchase tickets, reservations,
or experiences through Nirsana International Adventures LLC (“NIA”).

1. ROLE OF NIA (IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE)
I acknowledge and agree that:

Nirsana International Adventures LLC is a booking, marketing, and ticketing agent only.

NIA does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control any tours, attractions, activities
transportation, guides, staff, equipment, or facilities. -
All experiences sold through NIA are operated exclusively by independent third-party providers (“Experience Operators”).

2. OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY
I understand and agree that each Experience Operator is solely responsible for:

The operation and delivery of the experience
-
Safety procedures, equipment, and supervision
-
Staff, guides, and contractors
-
Compliance with applicable laws, permits, and insurance requirements any on-site rules, instructions, or safety requirements are determined solely by the relevant Experience Operator.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I acknowledge that travel and participation in tours, attractions, and outdoor or adventure activities may
involve inherent risks, including the possibility of personal injury, illness, or property damage.
I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from or
related to any experience booked through NIA.

4. RELEASE OF NIA
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Nirsana International Adventures
LLC, including its members, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all
claims, demands, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to:

The operation or conduct of any experience
-
Acts or omissions of any Experience Operator
-
On-site incidents, accidents, or injuries
-
Conditions at any attraction or activity location
This release does not apply to claims arising solely from NIA’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. OPERATOR WAIVERS & CONDITIONS
I understand that:

Participation in experiences is subject to the Experience Operator’s own waiver(s), rules, and
conditions -
I may be required to sign an additional on-site waiver before participating
-
Failure or refusal to sign an operator’s waiver may result in denial of participation without refund

6. MEDICAL FITNESS & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I confirm that I am physically and medically fit to participate in any experience booked through NIA and
that I will comply with all instructions provided by the Experience Operator.

7. BOOKINGS FOR OTHERS & MINORS
If I purchase tickets on behalf of others, including minors, I confirm that I am authorized to accept this
Waiver on their behalf and that I have informed them of its contents.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York,
USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE
This Booking Waiver & Release forms part of and should be read together with the NIA Terms & Conditions. By purchasing a ticket or completing a booking through NIA, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Booking Waiver & Release.
