These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets, reservations, and experiences through Nirsana International Adventures LLC (“NIA,” “we,” “us”).
By accessing our website or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and the NIA Booking Waiver & Release, which is incorporated herein by reference.

1. ROLE OF NIA
NIA acts solely as a booking, marketing, and ticketing agent for experiences operated by independent third-party providers (“Experience Operators”). NIA does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control any tours, attractions, transportation, guides, staff, equipment, or facilities.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

• Payments are processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Webconnex, PayPal, or 
  equivalent PCI-compliant processors).

• NIA does not store full credit card details.

3. TICKETS & ENTRY

• Tickets may be issued electronically, including QR-coded e-tickets.

• Valid tickets must be presented at the attraction for entry.

• Entry is subject to the Experience Operator’s rules, requirements, and capacity constraints.

• Experience Operator rules, schedules, and requirements may change at any time and are
  outside NIA’s control.

• Operators may deny entry for safety, capacity, or operational reasons.

4. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Unless otherwise stated for a specific experience at checkout:

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• Date changes may be permitted at the Experience Operator’s discretion.

• No refunds will be issued for late arrival, no-shows, or refusal to sign an Experience Operator’s
  required waiver.

• Special experiences (including VIP experiences, events, or private bookings) may have separate
  cancellation or refund policies disclosed at checkout.

5. EXPERIENCE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY
Experience Operators are solely responsible for:

• Delivering the experience

• Safety procedures, equipment, and supervision

• Staffing, guides, and contractors

• Maintaining required insurance and regulatory compliance

NIA makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, safety, suitability, or availability of
any experience.

Any complaints or claims relating to the experience itself should be directed to the relevant Experience Operator.

6. WAIVERS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in experiences is subject to:

• The NIA Booking Waiver & Release; and

• The Experience Operator’s own on-site waiver(s), rules, and conditions.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIA shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from or related to:

• Acts or omissions of Experience Operators

• On-site incidents or accidents

• Weather conditions, natural environments, or force majeure events

8. FORCE MAJEURE
NIA shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control,
including natural disasters, weather events, government actions, or other force majeure circumstances.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
NIA may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and will apply to future bookings.
